If you would like to become certified, send your name, phone number, address, email address, and desired class or session to CERT@polk-county.net
You will receive a response by email from Kathy Drainfield with a link to a registration form. Make sure all the *required information is filled out. You can skip all the optional stuff, but be sure to list your first, second, and third choices as Adult CERT training under Polk County BoCC Volunteer Assignment Choice.
